This version of the commercial was developed through a human–AI collaborative workflow, where emerging designers worked alongside generative systems to develop visual assets, while designers animated and edited the final output. Rather than replacing the creative process, AI was integrated as a parallel contributor, accelerating ideation, expanding visual exploration, and introducing variation early in the pipeline.
The system was structured to maintain creative control at key decision points. Designers remained responsible for selection, refinement, and execution, ensuring that the final output aligned with the intended narrative and visual direction. AI generated options, but the team defined what moved forward, how it evolved, and how it ultimately resolved on screen. This approach allowed the team to move faster without sacrificing clarity. Asset generation, iteration, and visual development occurred simultaneously, enabling a more fluid production process where exploration and execution were no longer separate phases. Emerging designers were able to contribute at a higher level, supported by the system, while more experienced designers maintained cohesion across the work.
The result is a production model that balances speed with intention, where AI expands what is possible, and human direction ensures what is produced remains focused, consistent, and meaningful. Within the same production framework, this version reveals how AI-assisted workflows can increase flexibility and output while preserving authorship and creative alignment.
